"As I have argued" doesn't carry any weight with me. The fact is that marijuana tickers ARE being publicly traded. The DEA won't bother inforcing any more in the USVI's than they are in Colorado or Washington. For now, nothing is going on in the USVI's, but times are changing. Public opinion about cannabis is changing. MMHC is on the OTC, we don't need it to be on the nasdaq to make money.
