Question for all you number crunchers...what would your conservative estimate be on potential takeover price BASED ON future revenue streams ?

I mean there is a process and future value plays a big part - Titan can say we think we are worth X and the acquirer obviously would disagree - so what is a fair starting point if PPS and mkt cap are artificially low ?
