Eric this post is for you and how you have hurt investors.


You have balls is all I can say you post here and issue blogs

stating how people lie about the company and are shorts and

trying to get the stock down. The liar has been you for years

there is no audit and hasn't been a audit although you would

assure investors it was coming. There was no movies made that

you assured people was being made or about to be made. There is

no Vodwiz no Eric the negative post are post you earned and

deserved. Tell us where you have been successful and any company

you was associated with became a better company and their stock

went up or they went out of business.


I know little about the SEC but I am shocked that this company

has not been investigated for what I think are out and out right

lies so the stock would either go up or not fall and you sell

stock. You did deals and in order to get the deals done discounted

the stock you issued to the party giving you money. They in turn

sold the stock and ran the price down and you have the balls

to blame it on legitimate longs who know we are being screwed by

you. Please just resign and pray the SEC or no other federal

agency investigates what has happened. I think the majority of

the investors would be glad for you and Fred to leave as

personally I think the company might make it with new people

but even then I think we go no where. You have destroyed this

stock and lost all credibility. Being sued by everyone you do

business with kind of shows your character.
