as of the last 10Q there were 42 million shares outstanding. assuming this goes to 50 million, and we have 1.4 million in cash, and owe about 4 million according to the latest SEC filing on may 15th. Comparing to other junior oil companies, we owe very little, and have very few shares outstanding. In the event of an oil discovery and factoring in our managements effect on the share price, any ideas what we could get to. if you remove all the past issues, reverse stock splits etc, this has the potential to be a very big gaining stock from todays price moving forward. Now with that said, will that gain happen if there is a discovery, with our current management?

Is back to the patch...pays better than Deere! And my is it hot here!
