The buyer is going to pay X, whatever X is. Let's say that's L3. L3 does not give a crap what we owe to DM or the date this closes, or how many shares are outstanding. X is X to them. "We believe X is the value of your stuff". And if DM can raise their share from the current 55% to, take your pick (60%?), by simply delaying past 6/30, why wouldn't they? Again, X is X, period. That's the pie to be divided.
