with all due respect, if you don't understand this reverse merger by now, you should not be here. You should not ask or expect the CEO to phone you personally because you don't understand some aspect. You have had a number of days to find out whats going on, read the filings, do some DD, ask a few questions online, and yet you're still here feigning ignorance.
