If he is lying, SEC complaints will be filed by hundreds of people... I will personally be filing lawsuits and complaints through SEC because that is the definition of misleading investors and that is the number 1 thing the SEC is trying to bring a stop to right now... They are working directly with the FBI in regards to corporate fraud and OTC companies misleading investors to steal money in share scams. I will be all over that sh*t if he is lying...

I personally believe he knows the risk of publicly stating numerous times that there is no R/S planned in the future and do not think he would be dumb enough to lie directly to investors in public PR's... Would be a very foolish thing to do.
