Multiple hit peices came out during the period of that rally and, that contributed to the price going down. As it was starting to recover a major hit peice came out followed by a lawsuit. Those things were out of Leo's control and prevented the uplist.

Leo has continued to do his job by moving forward with trials. He's done so in a very frugal manner.

The lawsuit is in waiting mode for a decision on a motion to dismiss by the judge. That could happen at any time now. It could be 6 months from now or tomorrow. No telling, but, that isn't Leo's fault either. New investors are hesitant to enter while a lawsuit exists. All those that hound Leo should call and hound that ridiculous attorney. lol

Seriously, the company is moving forward. Some things have been slower than we'd like to see, but, other things have been faster.

The Prurisol trial moved faster than planned and it has shown efficacy. That is huge since most considered it a wild card.

I'm happy to just sit and hold, but, I'm not trading in and out so the daily fluctuations are meaningless to me. Plus, a large part of my time was spent recovering from surgery and then babysitting a new grandbaby last year. I suppose those events made it easier for me to ignore share price here.

I'm following a few lawsuits, including this company on my website. It's really interesting seeing the process. It's slow. http://www.karincawrites.com/

Bottom line, I don't blame Leo for the price action or failure to uplist. Btw, the application is still active and I expect an uplist following a partnership or sale of Prurisol.

Leo is the biggest blame for the terrible PPS action. This stock is more controlled by shorts than what the CEO says. PR after PR since the big rally of 2014 and the stock continues to drift lower. Leo failed to up-list last-year... Cost them dearly as they're still stuck on-the-pinks. They need a major strategy to reverse the PPS trend... Diluting shares on pink land is a recipe for disaster... That's regardless of how great their compounds are...
