AVC's InZon ignored the proceeding totally

only appeared at the prehearing conference. Accord
ingly, there is no evidence that these Respondents
have made any efforts to remedy past
violations and ensure future compliance, or have made credible
efforts against further violations. I conclude on thes

the protection of investors to revoke the re
gistration of their registered securities."
