They filed a Pre 14A with the SEC that had a number of proposals that will soon be voted on at the shareholder meeting. The insiders have more than enough votes so all the proposals are surely to pass and the vote is just a formality. In regards to a RS the BOD will have the authority to execute one or more reverse splits in the ratios of 1:5 up to 1:20 and the authority will expire in July 2017!
