An accurate assessment. I've also heard they are doing well. The investor that put me into it is still very positive on it. However, until they get the filings done they are are going to languish at these levels. Clearly the CFO is in over his head and should be fired. Taking this long to get these financial reports done shows he has been doing nothing but taking a check. Hopefully we will see the filings done soon and we can move forward. Until, all we have is rumors.
