Yes, the emails are real. I could screenshot Teresa's response to me, on FB, but I try, in vane, to keep a confidentiality relationship.
This way they are not afraid to respond to me.

But alas here is a partial response by her:

"We are still expecting to hear from Vanderbilt Bonds but in the event furter delays occur on their part, we stand fully prepared to pull the trigger and continue moving forward. As of yet, there have been no changes made to the expected close dates for the two acquisitions."
