I chased the stock down this morning and sold at .86. You know what they say about hindsight! Anyhow, my concern was that, say the stock does open at $15 pps. What if there are no buyers at this price (there must be a buyer for every seller)? What then is to keep this stock from selling a couple of shares at this price, but afterwards the stock plummets? This way CVSU gets around the law and nobody gets busted!
The thing that I haven't been able to understand is why would people buy at $15 (or higher) pps when they could buy for $1 now?
I really do wish the longs the best but this was my concern.
