Convertible debt originally rocked the price...note holders are the ones responsible for bringing it to such low levels. We believe they have been done converting for a little while now but ofcourse there is no real way to prove that. What many have not factored in however that even if note holders were to max out the AS (which keep in mind the convertibles were used for an acquisition that only brings more money in for the long term baseline) our market cap alone should be substantially higher. Here is a quote from the CEO
