Hey Guys,

I am not bought in to SPHS yet but contemplating after exiting one of my good oil positions.

With fresh eyes i looked through this company and did some analysis.

Consensus :.

1.)Low float
2.)Good clinical results
3.)Gets one of the best names in the industry to advise them.
4.)Empery just bought in to a stake.
5.)Technical chart messed up and looks wicked.If she gets any attention today she should bounce to 1.10$.

The one and only small concern is that SPHS can be shorted to 10 cents by just 1 short king or an MM.Other than that anyone with this stock can expect 2$ return per piece on any buyout merger or watever.

Please do not yell on me.Just a guy with some simple insights.Not med expert.So my valuations are more like approximations.
