If this is FACT, why did they not submit this data to FDA. And of course your "facts" were neutered by the Sunrise results (first lookin trial stoppage for futility). The Sunrise failure facts are much more valid give they were from a much larger trial rather than the botched PII with tiny group and highly censored. The PIII goal was to validate or invalidate the PII results - they were resoundingly invalidated.
