I agree to a certain extent. I think their first mistake was going at it in too small ball. With the low grades they had they needed at least 5 times the volume. It looks to me like they also did not do enough metallurgical work to maximize recoveries. There were definite mistakes made. Often times trying to save money by taking shortcuts is very expensive. Over the years I have seen others make the same mistakes.
