Questions for everyone.

Ok so I have been reading this board for a few years now and this is actually my very first post. Can someone answer a few questions for me?

I keep hearing Michael Llamas name come up. If he is such a scumbag like everyone is saying, how come they don't give him the boot? The industry is so difficult right now due to laws and "dotting your I's and crossing your T's that it seems kind of dumb to keep him around.

Also I read a few years back about MJNA uplisting filing. Whatever happened with that? It kind of fell off the face of the earth!
