Mutual agreement on both sides.

The SEC in their charges filed, the one written by hte Hallin Plaintiffs says they were not cooperating and that was like 19 to 20 months ago.

Many things have changed since. Everyone knows their is lots more currnet information on Pacer regarding the case. Why it's such a secret I can't answer.

Most definitely the SEC will work with treaty however they can to avoid the HARD DRIVE being exposed to the public. DOJ and FBI .....

THOSE CRACKERS ARE MAKING ME THIRSTY .. TIME FOR A KORONA LOL !!!
