As for the insider shares not being included in the split... come on, really? Does anyone who has given that notion even a moment's thought really believe that would happen? What company trying to grow would even consider doing something to completely destroy PPS and shareholder interest when it's clear that increasing AS and selling shares is their best way to raise funds in an industry that is federally illegal and keeps private investors at bay because of it?

So nice to see this posted. This is EXACTLY why I haven't sold shares. It defies common sense that a company trying to get uplisted would sully themselves before trying to uplist. Still would like the company to clarify it though.
