Last CEO I spoke to that did something like this told me there was a 60 day quiet period but the RM took place 3 weeks later so I dont think the 60 days has to pass. Not sure Just going by one experience. Dont know what they have planned or what they are doing. Or if this means something is coming into it. Will see next month or so.
