I am not a grammar snob by any means, BUT....
It bugs the crap out of me when someone getting paid to write articles can't get something as simple as "are/our" correctly.

"It’s a company that caught are attention because of its tremendous revenue growth and its specialty pharma business model."

Can't you take your job a little more serious?
