Except that Kim is paying for the research as per the agreements. It isn't like Kim is in the lab 12 hours a day making new strains.. I really think it is a misunderstanding by shareholders of what it takes to do this.
We all say "its taking too long" but we have never done this so we don't know if maybe this is lightening quick.
for instance, what you are asking for.

One would think if they started to market just one of those silks, and focused on that it would generated some hype.

And if Kim is focusing on getting MS up to speed should Fraser sit on his hands collecting the same pay as he would creating 100 new strains?
The new strains are not what Kim is working on. He is trying to get the business side up and running also letting us know that while we get ready to begin with our first strain that the company should be able to rapidly expand from selling MS to selling many different strains.

Going to VN with our least secret fiber is a good plan. There is far less of a learning curve and less money needed than building from scratch.

The running facility is also a training facility for those that will be producing domestic silk in the future.
As well as training for people in the location of the pilot plant.
