That's good one way, some outsiders are working hard to keep the prices down so that they could pick some cheap shares. These people know very well the potential of this company that would do very well in short time. So many irons on fire when this happens and confirmed by the company by PR this will go up much, much higher. The proof is in outsiders messages posted here. They are desperate to get in not at the current level but at a lower price so that they could make huge profit. That is the strategy they are working on and we should not get caught to their prangs.
