I have tasted all of the Bucha flavors and some of GT's. No comparison in my mind-Bucha hands down tastes much much better. I also called some of the Kroger stores myself that carry it and they all confirmed it was a fast moving product. None of those I spoke with tasted the product themselves but they did confirm it was a good seller.

This deal is HUGE in so many ways.
It immediately gives them huge distribution synergies and opportunities. 1 mil in savings this year alone and 7.5 annually afterwards
It diversifies the product portfolio and bring them a step closer to being "the world leader in functional healthy beverages"
Tons of shareholder equity upon close of the deal--Worst case scenario assume $50m in sales and 25m OS shares at 1x sales you are at $2 a 57% to the current trading price. Most comparable companies are trading at a multiple much higher.
They talk about uplisting to another exchange and additional acquisitions. If they are even close to being this accretive we are looking at a screaming buy here at $1.27. ALL IMHO
