Most can only exist as public companies on the OTC because most of the time there is no actual company.

All AHIX has is a plan. There's no business being run here.

No private investor or financial institution would give them the time of day. So, share selling is all they have available to raise cash.

Well, except for companies like "Vanderbilt Bonds" that is.

Sad thing is, that because the money isn't there own, they can try the silliest things to create a company out of, or just make something up since they have no intentions of actually running a company. That's too much work for some of these people that take over an OTC ticker.


You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
