Fentynol IV HAS ONE HUGE PROBLEM!!! If administer fast push (faster than desired, which recreational user do) causes "chest rigidity". I seen it too many times. Basically stops breathing and chest gets very stiff making breathing and sometimes manual breathing very difficult.
