That is a unique interpretation for sure. So pphm issues a release that craters the stock from $5+ to < $1. It says, to quote you,

PPHM said that INVESTORS should not rely on the numbers to INVEST.

"Do not rely on the numbers" and somehow this is NOT a retraction? The submitted numbers (not statsig) were from a tiny trial ,in a highly censored group, in a botched trial, with mixed up dosages. You next run a PIII to confirm these statistically questionable (at best) results. Low and behold bavi can not even separate from the control in the first lookin. Company stops all bavi/chemo, and re-evaluates all trials. Garnick the head of regulatory has not said one word about the trial or made any pphm comments in 90 days plus now.. Russell ejection a certainty, RS a near certainty. Somehow though things are better than ever in PPHM-land for some.
