Very accurate statement.

Everyone remember how much exposure to new money we received from the last presentation.....in MIAMI!

Now two in NYC??? I think it is safe to assume a nice little run. Our MM's are ready. If not, too bad, they have had enough time to get straight.

Getting a little ITCHY...it's like right there by my left shoulder blade, right there on the edge where I can't quite reach....

Good thing we have these presentations coming up to give me a little SCRATCH!
