The hearing was today. Why don't you check the court site?

But it won't be in anyone's "favor" but Adam Tracy's. Sooner or later, he'll probably get custodianship. And then he'll make himself sole officer and director of the company, and try to sell the shell. That could take a long time. It could also never happen. It's a pretty dirty shell, after all.
