You don't believe the data from that press release was retracted? Did they submit it to FDA as in that release. As you said PPHM told investors to not rely on this information. That IS retracting by any reasonable definition. And yes botched is a proper description of the PII.

Good luck with that, shame that they did not submit statsig data to fda and that the Sunrise failure supports the opposite. BAVI could not beat control and was stopped for futility in the first lookin of a much larger trial that did not have mixed up dosages, large number of censors and small number of patients.
