Funny, remember a couple years back when Cyclone Announced Hypex of Pennsylvania was their exclusive manufacturing partner? James Hasson, owner of Hypex, is still listed as one of Cyclone's directors. Maybe he's still waiting to get paid for those 10 Mark 1 engines Cyclone ordered in November 2014 that have never been heard of since.

So who is Plunkett Energy of Alabama? They are certainly not Plunkett Oil & Energy Services Co. (www.plunkettenergy.com). Google can't find them. One more imaginary 'partner' probably.
