O/S 6,457,000,695 (5/25/16) just called the TA. Has been the exact same since at least 4/27/16 when I called then. There was a jump from early April though OS 5,875,934,020 early april 2016.
I also called Lake County, Florida Circuit Court to see if they could verify the conference call for the settlement went through regarding Hoppel and his 400 million shares. The clerk stated there was no cancellation sent so it is assumed the call went through as planned. If it hadn't, the cancellation would have been sent to her, as she explained to me. The call was at 9:30 AM EST and was scheduled to last about 5 minutes.
So, the current O/S should see an increase to 6,857,000,695 once the shares are on the record through the TA. Not sure when that actually happens, just figure he would want to get them in play relatively quickly since he already decided to file a complaint 3 1/2 months into the notes that were not due until December. I will call again either tomorrow or Friday to verify.
