Mauiguy They are shaking out the weak

Sobering thought......on the day before FD and ECAB became publicly known as benefactors of SIAF, the closing adjusted post-split PPS on September 4, 2014 was 4.55. Today's close was 4.57. In other words, we have come full circle since FD entered the picture. Not many of us would have predicted this outcome. Our thoughts were on the $100 party, not the possibility of returning to the pre-ECAB price levels less than 2 years later.

Some things to keep in mind:
A. They will announce progress on spinoffs the end of June.
B. By then they may have most of the work on the MF spin done. I don't expect much more than generalities at that time. Maybe target dates for announcements for SJAP and MF.
C. They said they are targeting to spin-off announcements for this year. That does not mean the spin-offs occur this year!
D. They said we would have announcements and pointed towards the 4th Quarter.
E. They forcast growing revenues in 2nd Q and beyond so next announcements (not until Oct & Nov will be pushing stock up.

So until deep into the 4th Q we won't have anything pushing this stock up that the deep pockets can't trade back down. And that is fine with them because sometimes people just have to sell...and them the guys screwing you right now get to pick up share. It' not a nice way to make money but I am not arguing that they are nice.

So my conclusion is we will see the Nordic big money squeezing out the retail investors via the waiting game and this water torture low stock price. I really don't expect to see SJAP actually hit markets until April or May 2016 ... after the 2106 Earnings.
The best time to spin the MF might be after 1st 1/2 2017 Earnings but but could well be after 2017 10K when we can see what a standalone Aquaculture business with about 20k metric tons of volume can do bottom line...when its adding almost 20 k metric tons of capacity each year. Pretty nice I'd say and Swedbank certainly finds it attractive as well.

So I think the big guys are holding the price down. I don't know if that's legal or a manipulation that can be investigated. The NITE folks have clearly done this many times over the last year or two and some of us RHI investors are trying to find out if this is worthy of an SEC complaint and how we would file. We are at least having a conversation and if anyone wants to join the conversation let me know.

The guys I know at RHI don't have the money to affect the stock price like the folks at NITE. But perhaps a fresh SEC investigation would screw those guys too...they are playing a long game but at the end of the day they only win if the stock appreciates someday in the future ... anyhow it's just a thought ... could that interfere with the spin-offs?? Maybe we'd be shooting ourselves in the foot...but sometimes that's better than having somebody else shooting you in the foot...especially if you shoot through your foot with their foot underneath.

Anyhow...just thinking out loud.

And buybacks...OMG...hahaha...with what?!?
