While I like the idea of LEAPS,.... and it is a solid research idea,...

There's no practical way to test it, or even if to test it, to use it to make a treatment that could be used in a reasonable time-frame.

CVM needs to stay focused on Multikine at present,... no extra time or money at present to work up LEAPS IMO.
