Herbie, from what I've learned, it appears that the float should occur within several weeks. I'm sure the company will make an announcement regarding same soon.

But don't be surprised if it happens closer to September. We all know that August is traditionally a poor time for the stock market simply because folks are on vacation. I would assume that this is a factor that they would consider. But for all I know the German market may be good in August.
