The contracts are now ready but the group put a few more conditions to Boreal. They requested that Boreal restructures and get better funded. Specifically they want Boreal to be better capitalized so that it can be able to undertake their large orders.

Boreal’s management is currently discussing with PriceWaterhouseCoppers for a mandate to help Boreal with the next step.
