I don't know if I had a feeling and I must say my first buy was at .0119 and pps has been ticking down ever since. This buy at .0094. I have a few more bucks to add later. I watch the 420 index closely its still being hammered its at 39 or so. Its weighing down this whole sector and needs to be 60 or 70 for the index to be in a up trend. Sure that does not mean SIPC will stay down but its not trending up. I just try to be a realist, expectations are always great but have little to do with price actions IMO. SIPC
