If you watch the shareholder meeting you hear Matt responding to a question about a lawsuit with Sanofi. He danced around it because they are still dependent on Sanofi but once that is over I expect that there will be legal action taken. Maybe once a years worth of U.S. sales can be established by the super 70 sales force, dollar amount plus damages will be better established.
