Not to be negative, but AEX.L is currently at 1.261 pence (.0184 USD) on the London exchange which is its main trading venue. Don't expect it to trade much higher than it does in London. The first few days of trading on the OTC were an aberration imo. US markets will not be the driver for the valuation of this stock imho.
