Sorry--you are wrong see actual FDA language for this scam. It has to do with the misleading press release from these fraudsters. Note "intended for us as a drug" They make NO acceptance of it as a drug. On the contrary they refer to COMPLIANCE. The FDA denial letter is over 2 YEARS old and still the scammers have not gone to COMPLIANCE--why would they--its a SCAM!!!
