Well Mary then I guess we should expect an announcement from the company that Proposal 5 is being removed from the Def14a and there will be no vote on a RS at the upcoming meeting! Certainly if the only reason is uplisting and uplisting is impossible for years then there is no need to hold a meeting to vote on authorizing a RS that expires in 1 year, correct? I mean why would a company let something like this that is so negative overhang for nothing?

What will you say when the DEF14a comes out soon and Proposal 5 is still in it?
