The words "no intentions" fall under the category of being a forward-looking statement. I'm not suggesting that a reverse split is going to happen anytime soon, but if they don't stop dumping shares, eventually they will have no choice but to enact a reverse spit. GFOX is only a few ticks away from becoming a cellar dweller. All of these converted shares that keep hitting the market day after day had to have been bought at much lower prices. The lower we go, the lower the conversion price goes.
