Your analysis is backwards.  They engaged the banker AFTER they committed to the convertible debt, and whether or not anyone wants to recognize the plan and the bankers ability to fund it all without blinking an eye, so whatever new convertible debt will soon be history. So why is that speculation and analysis any more legit than company disclosures and SEC filings (And IB contracts)? You’re all speculation pointing out to what happened months ago, and NOT speculating on the future based on legitimate contracts and a top tier Banker, LOL. Lopsided analysis is sloppy analysis. Whats THAT designed to do again?
