Absolutely World Wide Mr/Green! 
POWfolio is World Wide and as Rick Strom from Glowdot pointed out, they eventually will consider localization of the app once they have more solid numbers and what resources to put to those markets - such as translations to those languages. They made the app very user friendly as he put it 'the play triangle symbol' the 'x' symbol' etc... standard things that are pretty universal. But eventually more specific language translations down the road.
Incredible stuff to think REDG is trading at .0005 and we have the #1 Free Comic Book Reader app in the app store!
