Thanks Tl, ya, I do consider the hoppel settlement positive (only) in the sense that it is done and we can move on and put it behind us with the great things happening now.
Yes, definitely agree the Glowdot CEO has earned some serious respect in my opinion with how they have delivered and keep delivering.
The tweet, in my opinion was pointing out that POWfolio is already better than spotify in how it pays out. My guess is that spotify, pandora, and any other platform that uses ad generation for revenues only shares a very small percentage of those revenues with the publishers/artists. I think Rick Strom was pointing that POWfolio is already better because of the percentage - (50% going to the publisher). At least that is what I think was the intent. Makes sense, because I believe I heard, sorry haven' researched, the percentage those platforms have with their content providers. Sounds like it is extremely small in comparison. Which makes POWfolio very enticing. They are seeing it has potentially becoming a larger revenue stream than digital sales of the content. That would be pretty staggering if that happens.
