That's an interesting question. The separation agreement is between Kent and Eddie and seems to revolve around the often discussed K share. If Kent wants to undo his deal with Eddie, return the K share to EV and be indemnified that's very nice.

How does that affect any claims by shareholders who were suckered by Kent's flurry of PRs and promises? I dunno. Mr. Burford may be a very busy man (assuming Kent has the dinero to pay him).
