Is that a safe conclusion based on this statement?
"Moreover, the Company learned that some patients were previously unsuccessfully treated with other therapies, including biologics and apremilast (Otezla®)."

Or does the PR simply indicate that certain trial participants had previously been treated with those other therapies?
Would they be in a position to know at this point whether patient#123 had been treated unsuccessfully with Otezla AND was then treated successfully with Prurisol?

If so, would that not have been known previously based on the patient record and endpoint status?
