Think of it this way, most of the time with an IPO, share price will jump, much like SHAK did and the market still hasn't priced it accordingly. It takes time for the valuation to be justified, but until then it will be a stampede of buying pressure once that merger is consummated. Of-course when that news hits wires this will easily open @1.00 plus, but that is a BIG IF and a BIG WHEN. Right now, we are just waiting for this thing to happen and lets see if and when that is.
