It goes deeper than Black being a crook! It's a beautiful country we live in that allow clowns like him to openly, without any restriction, fleece the populous to the level that he has been doing for years! It's pretty obvious that through the years he's given up on pretending to care. Without anybody to stop him he just takes what he wants and gives a half assed attempt at being above board. He's grown bored with it and apparently just sells at these levels because he can just print more.
